If there is a market related adjustment made to the rates during the season to stimulate more bookings for the remainder of the season, a charterer will not be compensated in arrears for this reduction in price once the contract has been signed.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
I. The Charterer and all guests are responsible for meeting government-mandated requirements for entry into the Cruising Area.
II. A passport is required for the British Virgin Islands. Passports must be valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of departure from the Territory.
III. The Charter Fee includes the British Virgin Islands (BVI) cruising taxes and permit, BVI National Park permits and BVI customs fees (collectively the “BVI Fees”).
IV. With any crewed YACHT there is the possibility of a Crew change in the lead up to the Charter Period.
V. Crew gratuity is additional, customarily 15 – 20% of the charter fee, at Charterer’s discretion. This gratuity should be given at the end of the Charter Period and prior to disembarking the YACHT. Crew accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Electronic App
VI. Marijuana and Marijuana products, even with a medical prescription, are not allowed on board at any time.
VII. Subject to Captains discretion – Charterer acknowledges that only contracted guests are to sail and dine aboard the yacht and have use of onboard water sports equipment.
VIII. Smoking is not allowed inside the yacht and is only allowed on the transoms or other areas as designated by the captain.
**Additional clause to be included if a USVI Pick-up or Drop-off
If government restrictions prevent the boat from embarking or disembarking in the USVI, the Charterer and Owner agree that the Port of Embarkation and Port of Disembarkation will be changed to Tortola, BVI, and the Cruising Area will be changed to solely British Virgin Islands. Charterer will be responsible for travel to and from the BVI for the charter.
